Funny enough my dogs name is Louie and he is experiencing separation anxiety since baby's born funny/cute book wish it was a bit more

Excellent book! A wonderful endearing story, and the illustrations were superb. I highly recommend this book for all ages.
Louie, the Chihuahua, loved being the centre of attention from his human mummy and daddy. He got taken for lots of walks, got to sleep in their bed, and even sit at the table with them for dinner. It was like he was a real boy, not a dog.The his mummy’s tummy began to grow, and he was no longer allowed to sleep in the bed, nor eat at the table with them. He soon realised that his mummy was going to have a baby. One of those creatures that pull his ears, and hurt him. Then the news got worse, there was not going to be just one, but two babies. Why else would his parents be buying two of everything, and a double buggy?Louie didn’t want to live in the same house as two babies, so one night he decided to run away. Poor Louie!I loved this children’s book. The story is told from Louie’s point of view, as he tells you about his life, a life he did enjoy, but now his parents are having babies, he has started to feel sad, and that he is being pushed away, and replaced.There is a lovely twist in the book, one I wonder whether children will see coming, and hopefully they will be surprised, and happy.The illustrations are cartoony, with Louie being at the forefront of each of them. They are both colourful, and black and white. The full page drawing also perfectly depict Louie’s moods.A perfect book for any dog loving family. With comical and colourful pictures, Poor Louie is a fun read for pet lovers or expectant families. With his cute and expressive face, Louie's character is utterly lovable- he tugs defiantly on his dog lead for walks, laps up ice cream with great gusto and pans out on the family bed with his little tongue hanging out. As the baby characters enter into the story, he becomes even more expressive- looking shocked and stressed mostly!A big hit with my 3 year old son, 'Poor Louie' arrived in our home at the perfect time. We've rummaged out a number of books in recent weeks, in preparation for the new arrival due this summer and 'Poor Louie' has become a family favourite. It's opened up discussions about growing baby bumps, crawling babies, tired Mommy's, cribs, strollers & all the preparation that goes on in advance of a new baby . "Poor Louie" is 100% pure picture book magic from beginning to end.Tony Fucile brings his deft skills as a Disney Trained Animator/Director to swoop you away into a soulful romp of a read that leaves you feeling tickled in the best way.The characters are drawn with such aplomb, charm and vivacity that you're immediately hooked. Each page is so much fun to look at. The color design is calming and joyful all at once making it perfect for bed time reading.As if all that were not enough, "Poor Louie" is just plain laugh-out-loud-funny and the ending is a complete and fabulous surprise.It's a slice of parenting life that any parent will recognize but more importantly to a child, the ease in which they'll identify with Louie the Chihuahua is nothing short of brilliant. It carries a great message for kids that the worrisome unknown might turn out to be way better than predicted. If you're introducing a sibling into the nest, you need this book.I can only imagine that Walt Disney must be cheering and giggling from his grave.
This story is well executed, with a perfect balance of text and art. The illustrations are adorable and expressive, with a timeless vintage style. The story, told in first person, draws the reader in from the first line, making an immediate sympathetic connection. Kids and adults alike will appreciate the inevitable but unexpected ending. Superb.
