I haven't been in Real Estate very long, and I was just about to quit all together. That was until I picked up this book. One thing I was really missing was a mentor who was willing to share their secrets. Even in the office I was told to buy more leads, call more people, etc. But none of that helped because I didn't know how to do these things. For starters, I am not buying leads! I am so glad Tim and Julie are fighting that fight as well! I don't want to pay others to do the work, I want to learn to do it on my own. Maybe later I can outsource some things to grow, but I am not going to start this business riding the success of others or their scams! Do yourself a favor, listen to Tim and Julies podcast and buy this book in every format you can! The material will come in handy as you read it and as you refer back to it. Thank you both... Here I come 2018!!

Just licensed and signed with an office, however I have been listening to Tim and Julie's podcast for a few months- no brainer to buy the book!I am Early on in my career and ALREADY seeing what Tim & Julie say is TRUTH!For example: at a class in my office, an agent (in the business for 10 years) says that he just isn't seeing how Zillow is working for him...given the amount of money he pays every year. He just dropped Zillow and is going back to 'the old way' of doing things.If he would have been listening to Tim & Julie he would have dropped Zillow a long time ago-- and saved a whole lot of time and money early on.Thanks you two for insight early on. I am reading your book and integrating it into my life, one step at a time. I am planning on getting a coach here within the next few months.Ill reach out after I surpass my number! :)

I work as an Agent in New Home Construction and your strategies work in this field!! You have broken the mold as far as coaching in this sector of real estate. There are coaching industry standard superstars, however the Harris team make it so easy to understand, and apply! I find myself after listening to an industry standard coach I'm walking away feeling like the blueprint(road map) hasn't been clarified. I feel like I need more straight talk and less fluff. I am only on Chapter 5, I has taken me awhile to digest all that was said. Beginning with Chapter 1, it has really given me some clear directive on the Mindset necessary for a real estate agent. That chapter helped me to put things in perspective and sort through some mindset, mind blocks, I was having as an agent, thereby limiting my success. Chapter 2 helped me to realize I was on the right track. The next two Chapters have helped me with some step by step practical approaches to my craft, including time management. I have always been good at time management but with real estate being such an on demand business, it is hard to stay focused and this really helps. I can't wait to dive into the rest of the book.

There is no other book like it! Anyone who is looking for tools to succeed should read this! I have read many real estate books and I always walk away feeling overwhelmed with so much information and no action plan. NOT with Harris Rules! I'm able to put it down and immediately implement! I've been carrying this book with me and referencing it. What an incredible resource. Tim and Julie layout what needs to be done in order to create success in real estate, but it is applicable to any business. It is 100 percent a NO-BS book filled with honesty and action plans. I truly believe this will change each persons life who is willing to read it and "do what you don't want to do when you don't want to do it at the highest level". Outstanding. I stumbled upon the Tim & Julie Harries podcast one night as I was looking for real people with real, non-fluffed, and direct information, backed by facts. The podcast then introduced me to Harris Rules as well the free coaching call and the Treasure Map (which I’m reading as we speak). I am anxiously waiting on the day I sign up for T&J Premiere coaching - the podcast and “The Total Money Makeover” (which I read because of the podcast), encourage people to be debt free and pay CASH.
